The Cabin has three bedrooms, and sleeps up to eight. The open living room/dining room is a nice added feature that makes the Cabin nicer than most. It is a Very cozy cabin in the heart of Brantingham. Managed locally. It has a queen size bed in one room, one set of bunk beds and a trundle bed in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third room with its own TV and VCR. We keep the Cabin pretty modern, with a 21" Color TV and over 65 Cable channels on the living room TV. A newly renovated bathroom two years ago, microwave, full size fridge, kitchen, full size stove, Propane heater and a wood stove for extra heat or atmosphere, Gas Grill and much more.... We do our best to take Good care of the place, and our renters have been Great in helping us take care of it. A nicely landscape Firepit behind the cabin makes Summer time camps fires a MUST! There is nothing like a nice campfire with Family and Friends to enjoy a summer night in the Adirondacks and make memories that last a lifetime. With the Fire Wood provided and Newly Added Adirondack Furniture provided, all you have to do is bring the stories and the SMORES!!! The KIDS will NEVER forget there time @ Wayside. There is also a Drive-In movie theater within a 15 minute drive to enjoy on the weekends. During the day there is PLENTY to between Tubing\Skiing on the Lake or Swimming in the Sandy Beach Swimming area, Tanning on the Dock or Enjoying the "HUGE" New Front Porch. We have a Basketball Court on the premises, Tennis, Large Green field for badminton, croquet, bocce ball, baseball and much much more! The living room and kitchen have just been finished with MAJOR renovations on them. They are all done in Kotty Pine now. Check out the pics page to the left for new pics of the inside. All three bedrooms where completely renovated top to bottom last year (new tile ceilings, new rugs, new walls\paneling, the works). Unfortunately, with the Renovation of the bedrooms the "FAMOUS" wall in the third bedroom where people have signed there names and etc.. over the past years has been removed. We have added a guest book for all to sign and look back on and remember the past years. Feel Free to add your stories and sign it and PLEASE keep it nice and clean we have many Family's who use the Cabin. Thanks.
